rap is to rhyme. a rapper raps and rhymes. lil wayne dosn't rhyme so it isn't rap, that means he isn't a rapper. a rapper dosn't need the beats, he can just freestyle, lil waye can't freestyle. NaS can rap, lil wayne can't, 2pac could rap, lil wayne can't. RIP HIP HOP.
