Blair 'Paddy' Mayne was a boxer, international rugby player, and soldier. One of the first members of the SAS, Paddy was considered one of the greatest soldiers of the past century. With little fear and tremendous physical strength he destroyed over 100 German aircrafts by hand and won four DSO's and was recommended for the Victoria Cross but lost the chance after hitting one of his superior's. A True Brit!

He SHOULD be awarded the VC that he was denied at Oldenberg.
