Opus 10 #12 is "easy to play", once you have practiced the left hand music alone, at least one thousand times. Maybe, a little less. As you know, this technical music study is all about developing finger dexterity in the left hand. Primarily, this music showcases the left hand. When you have learned a music composition, fluently, "easy" it is.

This piece is much less difficult than it sounds, but easy it isn't, at least not if you want to play it up to professional standards. Then again, if that's your aim, are there any easy pieces?

Be not concerned with "easy" nor difficulty. Just learn to play it well, at your highest level. The Preludes and Fugues of J.S. Bach have the same dexterity benefits.
It is a bonus if you can read the music and play the piano. Or learn to play this-by way of the Suzuki method.
